Good decision-making

Technical Interview

This is your opportunity to talk to your future manager and explore further the technical challenges you may face in your career at Tenchi. We offer the possibility of performing a technical challenge during this interview, which speeds up the hiring process and advances to the next stage in one step.

Technical challenge

This technical challenge, to be performed in your spare time, is an opportunity to demonstrate your practical skills for the vacancy for which you are applying.

Interviews with colleagues

Familiarize yourself with team members and the daily routines in your areas. Ask questions and gain a deeper understanding of what it's like to work at Tenchi. Be prepared for additional challenges, as each manager and/or future colleague has the autonomy to evaluate candidates as they deem necessary.

We believe in the concept of Give Back

Tenchi believes in the concept of “give back”, and as a form of compensation, it supports GRAACC in Brazil — a non-profit institution specialized in pediatric oncology. GRAACC has been providing high-quality care to children and adolescents with cancer for over 30 years - with an average cure rate of 72% - and we are proud to be part of this important project, which saves so many lives!
