Digital Nomads: An unique opportunity for professional growth at Tenchi Security


In recent years, the job market has evolved significantly, driven by the need to adapt to changing circumstances and expectations. In line with this philosophy, we launched the Digital Nomads Program, offering selected team members the opportunity to work from a new location. This program enables participants to enhance their skills, expand their knowledge and learn new languages—all while driving personal and professional growth. Through this program, employees are able to really immerse themselves in the culture and customs of a completely new environment.
A pathway to professional development
In 2025, we selected four employees to embark on the Digital Nomads journey: Rafael Piotto and João Paulo Galocha, from the Professional Services team, Silvana D’Cristofaro from the Product team, and Leonardo Marques from the Engineering team. We couldn’t be more excited and are confident that this experience will be a transformative opportunity for them, both professionally and personally.
Rafael Piotto is the first to embark on this journey. He will spend 90 days in Malta to improve his English and enjoy the beautiful landscapes."I’m incredibly excited for this opportunity to embrace a new culture, enhance my skills, and grow both professionally and personally. It’s a chance to challenge myself in ways that go beyond the office, and I can’t wait to see how this adventure will shape my future; in addition to enjoying amazing beaches and coastal landscapes, I’ve organized an intensive English course to improve my language skills, taking advantage of the time zone difference between here and there, and then I expect to be able to further support projects here at Tenchi Security”.
